Returns Policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we offer full refunds and exchanges within 60 days of your purchase date, we will even pay for the return. Eyewear must be returned in original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Contact lenses may only be returned for a refund or exchange if they have been unopened. Unfortunately we cannot accept any open contact boxes for a full refund or exchange.

To exchange or refund, just email our friendly staff at support@contactconnection.com.au and we will make arrangements for you. We aim to make this process as simple and efficient as possible. Our returns process is as follows:
1.Email us about your return
2.We will email you a return postage label you can use to post the goods back to us
3.Once we receive the goods, we will refund your purchased amount back into your credit card or paypal account (whichever you used to make the purchase), or send your exchange.
